We are seeking to hire a Sales Gallery Housekeeping Assistant is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment in the sales gallery for esteemed (Real Estate client) in Dubai. Hostess or server at the sales gallery. Serving F&B to clients and visitors. Assisting the Gallery Coordinator with basic tasks at the gallery. This role includes providing exceptional customer service by serving tea and coffee to visitors while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the gallery spaces for one of our esteemed clients in Dubai. To be considered for this position, candidates should have relevant experience in the hospitality industry.

OTHER SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with a polished and educated demeanor, and excellent English communication skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a gallery, hospitality, or customer service setting is a plus.
• 1-3 years experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events

• Customer Service:
• Greet and welcome visitors to the sales gallery, providing information about current exhibitions and artworks.
• Deliver exceptional service by preparing and serving high-quality tea and coffee to guests.
• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare a variety of teas and coffees, ensuring attention to detail in presentation and flavor.
• Maintain the beverage station, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized, and regularly clean the area.
• Gallery Maintenance:
• Keep exhibition spaces, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Dust and polish artworks and display cases to uphold the gallery’s aesthetic standards.
• Artwork Handling:
• Assist with the installation and installation of exhibitions, ensuring artworks are handled with care.
• Monitor the condition of displayed works and promptly report any concerns to management.
• Event Support:
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, openings, and receptions, including serving refreshments.
• Ensure guest areas are tidy and well-presented during events.
• Inventory Management:
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies and beverage materials, reporting needs to management.
• Organize and maintain the storage area for tea, coffee, and related supplies.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with gallery staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on enhancing visitor experiences.
• Health and Safety:
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
