We’re looking for an experienced Analytics Team Leader to join our team.
As the Analytics Lead, you will lead a team of skilled analysts. You will have a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing and optimizing performance metrics, while working closely with product, marketing and monetization teams. Your ability to derive actionable insights and guide data-driven decisions will be essential to the success of our projects.

HERE’S WHAT WE NEED, UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?

  • Lead a team of Analysts, inducing hiring and training team members.
  • Develop processes and best practices for breaking down questions, perform analysis and report findings to the key stakeholders
  • Analyzing large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of players to address strategic and operational business questions
  • Monitor live games and provide insights on player behavior and activities.
  • Optimization and maximization users monetization
  • Monitoring, analysis and recommendations on the marketing KPI performance
  • Data mining, pattern recognition & correlation analysis and insight generation
  • Definition, measurement and evaluation of AB test
  • Provide actionable recommendations from game data to shape features, game economy, and future product roadmaps
  • Be involved in building automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide understanding of business KPIs
  • Identify and communicate key trends and potential improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive insights that will help produce marketing, monetization and retention improvements
