Position Summary: The Game Day Authentics Associate is responsible for all in-games sales of authenticated merchandise at Target Field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed prior to gates opening for each game. * Maintain a clean and organized area. * Provide information to fans that may have questions about the Minnesota Twins Authentics program. * Put all products away after the conclusion of the game. * Handle credit transactions. * Always maintain a professional appearance. * Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Knowledge of past and current Minnesota Twins players, as well as other players around Major League Baseball is required. * Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus. * Outgoing, friendly, and the ability to work with others. * Self-starter with leadership skills. * Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Willingness to work all Minnesota Twins home games which can include mid-week afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays as game schedule requires. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift 40 pounds. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Compensation: Hourly rate of $18/hour.
