Job Description As member of the design team, you’ll be: • Learning how to design and designing fun and immersive gameplay mechanics and/or meta-game features on racing games. • Balance and edition of gameplay and/or progression parameters. • Take care of design documentation. • Benchmark reference games. Qualifications Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a School/University. Passion for videogames Basic knowledge in game design (3Cs, learning curve, difficulty balancing, pacing& progression, accessibility…). Proficiency on Office basics (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Intermediate English level. Able to illustrate your ideas visually (Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, Sketch-up etc.) Able to listen to feedback from other people and adapt to it, being constructive and proactive to achieve the best possible quality.
