REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in product management, product design, or data analysis, in consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other data platforms.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and interpret results to refine product features, UX and game flow.
• Proven track record of designing and optimizing digital experiences based on user behavior and data analysis.
• Excellent documentation skills to communicate design features and maintain structured product design documents.
• Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, art, and marketing.
• Passion for gaming and a keen interest in player behavior, engagement, and retention strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in game design or game-related products.
• Familiarity with casual and mobile game mechanics.
