Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze key game metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, monetization, and churn rates) to optimize game mechanics and player experiences.
  • Conduct research and A/B testing to refine onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and smooth playing experience.
  • Design and iterate on game loops, difficulty progression, and reward systems using player behavior data.
  • Monitor game data to assess feature effectiveness, adjusting mechanics based on player engagement trends.
  • Test gameplay mechanics, incorporating analytics insights to refine core game loops and risk/reward structures.
  • Maintain detailed game design documents, including visual mockups, system flows, and interaction diagrams, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Work closely with engineers, artists, and marketing teams to align game design with player needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, product design, or data analysis, in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or other data platforms.
  • Ability to conduct A/B testing and interpret results to refine product systems and UX.
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing digital experiences based on user behavior and data analysis.
  • Excellent documentation skills to communicate design ideas and maintain structured product design documents.
  • Collaborative mindset—comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, art, and marketing.
  • Passion for gaming and a keen interest in player behavior, engagement, and retention strategies.
