Your main responsibilities will be: Design fun and immersive gameplay mechanics, meta-game features and stories, following briefings and direction from your lead. Taking care of all aspects of game design: prototyping these mechanics, benchmarking references, documenting, implementing in game, testing and fine-tuning them. Keeping documentation up to date with special focus on UI fakes and flows and the overall User Experience. Overall work in creative, benchmarking, documentation and analyzing tasks Follow-up, maintenance and continuous improvement of assigned features Team coordination: coordinating with art and development teams assigned to the project with the associated producer Qualifications 3+ Years of experience working in Game Design Strong knowledge of Game Design foundations (3Cs, gameplay systems, AI, learning curve, difficulty balancing, progression balancing, UI, accessibility…) Able to convey ideas concisely and as part of a detailed analysis, and to clearly formalize complex concepts and ideas Good UI and documentation skills, with proven experience on this field High visual creativity Able to illustrate and/or prototype your ideas visually using standard industry production tools (Photoshop, PowerPoint, Figma, Confluence, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, Unity, etc.) Knowledge of classic console and freemium mobile game market Motivation and ability to communicate as part of the project development team Able to listen to feedback from other people and constantly critique your work to achieve the best possible quality Good level of English Additional Information Why Join the World of Gameloft?
