QUALIFICATIONS

Has advanced in-depth knowledge of / skills in the content areas of:

  • Game design
  • Math probabilities theories
  • Design tools, e.g., SlotCalc; game emulation / modeling
  • Player preferences / likes/ dislikes
  • Customer preferences / likes/ dislikes
  • Project management associated with game creation
  • Team supervision

6 to 10 years of progressively complex experience in math product development and game design
3 to 5 years of game design project management and/or team lead / supervision experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

Accountable for the design of multiple games from concept to market (prototype); accountable for leading all aspects of game design including mathematics, creative look and feel and related project management; proven game designer with several proven successful games in the market. Utilizes advanced in-depth game design, mathematical, creative and project management skills to create multiple assigned games; focuses on the entire scope of game design elements. Works on multiple complex games and game design projects.
Accountable for supervising a small team of Game Designers and/or Math Product Developers. Regularly leads and mentors less experienced personnel. Leads and/or ensures and/or performs testing and troubleshooting of complex mathematical and technical design issues. Leads the process of obtaining or obtains necessary approvals for games both internally and externally
