Responsibilities Act as the primary advocate for the game product, representing both player and business needs. Manage the development and refinement of game mechanics through prototyping and iteration. Analyze and conduct research on player needs, understanding the elements contributing to player satisfactionand enjoyment, especially the first-time user experience. Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups, detailing the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay. Collaborate with engineers and artists to ensure proper implementation of the game features designed. Requirements Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or other related fields. At least 2 years of experience in game/product design, revenue, finance, or analysis. Strong in data analysis and logical thinking. Good at mathematics and statistics. Critical thinker who comprehends various perspectives and excels at evaluating information objectively. Goal-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
