We are partnering with one of the most innovative and successful companies in the iGaming industry, currently looking for a highly creative Game Designer to join their Product & Innovation team in Stockholm. This role is focused on creating the next generation of successful casino games. You will be responsible for generating, exploring, and refining original game concepts, combining engaging gameplay mechanics with innovative visual ideas and player experiences. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning creative ideas into commercially successful products and has a genuine passion for games and player engagement. The Role As a Game Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future game portfolio by continuously developing fresh concepts, mechanics, themes, and features. Key responsibilities include: Creating a pipeline of original game concepts and gameplay ideas Designing innovative mechanics, bonus features, and player engagement systems Exploring new visual themes, artistic directions, and game experiences Producing clear concept proposals for internal evaluation Collaborating with product and design teams to bring concepts to life Researching industry trends, competitor products, and player preferences Identifying new opportunities and challenging conventional approaches to game design Requirements Previous experience within Game Design, Product Development, Creative Development, or a similar discipline within the gaming industry Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and engagement principles Ability to generate original ideas and transform them into structured concepts Excellent communication and presentation skills Good awareness of gaming trends and market developments Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams What We're Looking For A highly creative mindset with a natural ability to generate ideas Passion for games and understanding what makes products successful Curiosity, innovation, and willingness to challenge established thinking Commercial awareness and understanding of player behaviour Strong self-motivation and ability to maintain a high-quality output Collaborative approach and openness to feedback Compensation & Benefits Salary: SEK 50,000 – 70,000 per month Healthcare allowance Potential participation in the company's long-term incentive programme Location & Relocation The role is based on-site in Stockholm.
