The role is working within our studio: Belka Games Belka Games is a game development company. Our team is looking for an active and self-motivated Game Designer. Key Responsibilities Design and improve game features and systems for an existing project Create and maintain game documentation, including GDD and feature specs Plan, implement, and operate LiveOps events and activities Work with product metrics, analyze player behavior, and make data-driven decisions Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize game features and monetization Balance game systems and evaluate their performance through analytics Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What we need from you: 2+ years of experience as a game designer Experience working on live game projects Good knowledge of the game market as well as strong gaming experience Experience creating and maintaining game documentation (concept documents, GDDs, balance tables) Ability to work with analytics and understanding of product metrics Experience with A/B testing or data-driven feature development Ability to set goals and focus on results Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of English at an intermediate level and above What we'd like: Knowledge of level design principles for puzzle mechanics Experience working on hybrid-casual projects and ad monetization Experience designing or operating LiveOps features and events Desire to expand product expertise Benefits 20 days paid holiday in addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the year Professional growth: we offer English lessons with an instructor, pay for trips to professional conferences, and partially reimburse employees for education Teamwork: we value the expertise of every member of our team, so we really listen to each other Data-driven decision-making: all our product-related decisions are ultimately based on metrics, not subjective feelings Plus all the standard stuff: official employment, health insurance, and partial reimbursement for your gym membership
