  • Hospitality Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Flexibility: Evening and weekend availability is required; full- and part-time options are available.

  • Game Setup & Management: Prepare and organize the game space, overseeing the logistics and group dynamics.
  • Customer Assistance: Help guests understand the game, answer questions, and offer assistance during play.
  • Debriefing & Reflection: Lead post-game discussions, encouraging reflection on team performance and fun.
  • Customer Experience: Check in customers, process payments, and handle reservations.
  • Space Maintenance: Ensure the game areas are clean, functional, and welcoming for all guests.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify any issues or conflicts and work to resolve them in a way that supports a positive experience for all participants.
