We are Incognito Escape Room, the #1 ranked escape room in Ireland! We offer immersive & unique live escape experiences to our customers and are currently looking to add new members to our team.
The Game Master handles the entire player experience from setting up rooms to greeting customers, assisting them during the games and everything in between!
You will be the direct point of contact with customers so great communication skills and the ability to speak in front of large groups are a must! Patience, politeness and a dedication to customer experience are essential.
As a Game Master, you are a storyteller, entertainer, adviser and problem solver. You will work in our game rooms and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences. We are looking for charismatic, quick learners with strong attention to detail, but most importantly, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service
Due to the nature of our business work schedule, flexibility is very important to us.
If you are unable to work any morning shifts (10am - 5pm) Mon - Fri please do not apply.
We’re interested in around 15-30 hours per week and availability through the full week. We require someone with flexibility to work mornings/evenings during the week and weekend.
