At our store, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive our business forward. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our team as we develop this exciting new venue. You’ll report directly to the General Manager of the venue.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Game Master and Game Host, facilitating and overseeing interactive games and experiences for guests
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive and memorable experience for all participants
• Manage game logistics, including set-up, briefing participants, and explaining rules
• Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance when needed
• Ensure the safety of all participants during game play
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of game rooms and equipment
• Handle cash transactions and manage reservations

Experience:

• Conflict management skills to handle any disputes or issues that may arise during game play
• Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional service to guests
• Experience in guest services or hospitality industry is preferred
• Background in theater, speech or events management is advantageous for creating immersive experiences
• Public speaking skills to confidently communicate instructions and engage participants
