What the Role Entails Conduct in-depth analysis of game-related data to gain insights into player preferences and trends, providing strong support for game development. Listen to player feedback and actively engage with players in game communities to better understand and empathize with their needs. Be responsible for user operations, including planning engaging and creative activities, driving both user engagement and monetization goals. Develop effective business models and strategies to deliver unique value and experiences to players, while ensuring sustainable revenue and growth for the game. Manage operations across various platforms and channels, supporting game promotion and partnerships to expand reach and bring the game experience to a broader audience. Excellent learning ability, creativity, communication skills, logical thinking, system analysis, and written communication skills; enjoys identifying patterns and insights. Preferred Qualifications / Notes Extensive experience with online games or participation in esports.
