JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join the Diablo Legacy team and play a key role in ensuring Diablo continues to deliver an unparalleled experience, featuring relentless evil to vanquish, an array of abilities to master, challenging dungeons, and legendary loot. The Diablo Legacy portfolio includes iconic titles such as Diablo I, Diablo II: Classic, Diablo II: Resurrected, and Diablo III.
As a Producer for Diablo Legacy, you will have the chance to tackle rare and exciting challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in external production and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, ensuring clear and effective communication across all disciplines.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production role.
• Proven ability to manage and track complex schedules with precision
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills to facilitate clear and effective collaboration
• In-depth knowledge of both internal and external game development cycles, from initial concept through to post-release support.
• Highly self-motivated and accountable, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality
• Proficient in using Jira for project management and task tracking
• Strong reporting and documentation skills, ensuring accurate and organized project information

• Collaborate with internal and external development teams, as well as key partners, to oversee the daily operations of the Diablo Legacy initiatives.
• Assist in the creation, estimation, and tracking of project submissions and feedback cycles, ensuring efficient progress and resolution.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently, maintaining focus on key objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between engineering, production, international partners, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project development.
• Provide leadership and support to the team, motivating them to achieve project goals, objectives, and deliverables successfully.
• Ensure the final product adheres to the highest quality standards by working closely with testing and QA teams and proactively addressing issues as they arise.
