Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Game Producer to join our game development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about video games, stays up-to-date with gaming trends, and spends time playing and analyzing games. This role offers the chance to contribute to exciting projects while growing in game production in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking game development milestones and deliverables Prepare and maintain production documentation such as timelines, feature lists, and task breakdowns Monitor project progress, update task boards, and report development status to stakeholders Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings Collect feedback and assist with QA processes to ensure high product quality Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers as needed Use production tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar to manage workflow Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards Requirements: 0–2 years of experience in game production, project management, or related roles Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Game Design, Computer Science, Media Studies, Data Analysis, Management Science, or a related field Strong passion for video games; keeps up with trends and actively plays games to understand mechanics and player experiences Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal (a plus) Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools Prior experience in game projects—professional, academic, or personal—is a plus
