MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in game production, with strong focus on Art and content pipelines
  • Proven ability to manage capacity, plan dependencies, and keep complex schedules on track
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building supportive, high-performing teams
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Solid communication skills (presentation, verbal and written) in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working on MMORPGs or other large-scale online games
  • Previous experience leading cross-functional teams (Art, Design, Engineering, QA, Audio)
  • Familiarity with live game services and outsourcing workflows

Responsibilities
  • Lead production for the Art team, managing pipelines across concept, 2D, 3D, animation, character & environment art, VFX, Level Design and audio
  • Plan schedules, milestones, and dependencies to keep Art production smooth and on time
  • Work closely with feature teams to understand their asset needs and timelines, and adjust Art planning accordingly
  • Prioritize tasks in alignment with the backlog and product goals
  • Facilitate agile workflows, keeping the Art team focused and supported
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met through reviews, polish, and iteration
  • Foster collaboration and open communication, helping the team solve challenges together and continuously improv
