Job Description: You are to be a game overseer, storyteller, adviser, puzzle lord, and problem solver. You will work in our game rooms and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences.
We are looking for quick learners with strong attention to detail, but most of all, applicants should have a knack for hospitality, and customer service and must love kids.
Requirements: Positive attitude, high energy, and amazing customer service skills. Love working with the public and meeting new people. Great communication skills.
Job Responsibilities: Greet our prisoners, go over basic rules and lock them in our rooms. Take reservations, process payments, answer emails, and take prisoner photos, Instagram/ tiktok. Tidying and cleaning the Escape Room and lobby/office area.
