Position Description As the Game Room Manager at America’s Incredible Pizza Company, you will oversee the Game Room, including all attractions, rides, games, and the prize redemption store. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for department success, employee supervision, training, safety, and daily operations. This role requires a servant leadership approach, fostering a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment while ensuring a clean, organized, and engaging guest experience. Requirements Key Responsibilities & Perks: 2+ years of leadership experience or experience in the family entertainment industry Ability to work independently in a fun, fast-paced environment Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging department Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills Perform tasks as assigned by the General Manager Provide friendly, fun, and courteous interactions with guests Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO): You will receive 2 weeks (80 hours) of PTO after your first year.
