PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in technical support and maintenance in a gaming or entertainment environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills down to the component level and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
  • Experience with small electronic and mechanical repairs
  • Familiar with Ethernet data infrastructure
  • Soldering experience
  • Basic understanding of electromechanical devices
  • Examples: linear actuators, small conveyor systems, etc.
Responsibilities
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the associate/team member will regularly be required to:
  • Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
  • Kneel, stoop, bend and twist frequently
  • Read and write handwritten notes.
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Work environment- potentially confined, crowded, guest occupied space of variable noise and temperature levels
  • Physical demands-necessary ability to move and lift 10-50lbs, navigate stairs and dimly lit areas, remain on feet for an entire shift throughout all venue areas including kitchen, stairs, etc. Ability to kneel, stoop, bend and twist.
  • Hand dexterity to work with small tools and fine-tune small components
