Job Details Job Location: Silverton Casino LLC - Las Vegas, NV 89139 Position Type: Part Time General Summary of Job Duties: The Table Games Floor Supervisor will be responsible for observing all games, players, and dealers to ensure accuracy and protection of the Table Games department. Principle Responsibilities and Duties: Maintaining a high quality of guest service. Always exhibiting a positive and professional attitude with team members and guests Protecting the assets of the company to ensure maximum profitability. Enforcing all table game policies and procedures while ensuring excellent guest service Applying your knowledge of dealing procedures including house rules to preserve the security and integrity of games. Verifying all bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy. Monitoring games and maintaining appropriate game pace. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and filling requests Assisting in training and evaluating subordinate team members in a fair and equitable manner Accurately tracking player actions by noting buy-ins, length of play, win / loss, and average bet Operating all games in accordance with gaming laws and company policies Verifying the accuracy of documents signed and ensuring procedures are accurately followed. Communicating pertinent information to management in a timely and responsible manner Maintaining proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play. Notifying management immediately of any unusual activity of play Creating a work environment which promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction. Performing all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department. Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old. Other duties as assigned.
