Position: Games Presenter Team Manager Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and guide on-floor team members to ensure professional, engaging, and high-quality performance. Manage daily work schedules, rotations, and breaks to maintain smooth operations and adherence to timelines. Communicate updates on new procedures, company policies, and best practices to all team members. Oversee day-to-day operations, addressing and resolving minor technical or operational issues as they arise. Serve as a communication link between staff and management, ensuring clear relay of feedback and updates. Provide support, motivation, and coaching to maintain a positive and professional work environment. Compile and analyze data from various sources to produce accurate daily or shift reports for management. Identify training and development needs within the team and coordinate with relevant departments to address them. Ensure all team members adhere to company standards for appearance, conduct, and workplace behavior. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or team coordination experience preferred. Background in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous. Prior experience in a customer-focused, operations, or service-driven industry is considered an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong leadership, mentoring, and conflict management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Effective organizational and time management skills. Willingness & ability to work in shift rotation (including night shifts!).
