They’re looking for a confident and driven Team Manager to lead their Games Presenters at their Bucharest studios. Your mission:
Lead, guide, and support your team to drive both individual and group success
Oversee attendance, scheduling, and handle performance-related matters professionally
Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and team spirit
Identify skill gaps and training needs, working with internal teams to address them
Align team performance with company standards, values, and KPIs
Contribute to talent development and the growth of studio excellence
What you bring:
Fluent or native-level English (C1+), both written and spoken
At least 1 year of leadership experience in a similar or relevant role
Academic background in Management or related field is a plus
Previous experience in live gaming or entertainment industries is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Conflict resolution and problem-solving mindset
Excellent time management with the flexibility to work rotational shifts
Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
