Job Details Job Location: Silverton Casino LLC - Las Vegas, NV 89139 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Any General Summary of Job Duties: Silverton Casino is seeking an Experienced and Accomplished Games Shift Manager who will be responsible for directing the activities of the Table Games Operations. The ideal Candidate will ensure gaming activities comply with Minimum Internal Controls and Gaming regulations as well as monitoring effective game security. This position will also approve credit and provide complimentary privileges related to casino and property operations. It requires strong observation skills to detect unusual/suspicious activities, and a clear resolve for handling Team Member and Guest Relations. Must have previous shift manager and assistant shift manager experience and the mental aptitude to do math quickly and accurately. Principle Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for and directs activities of Gaming Operations for Table Games. Safeguards assets, ensures gaming activities are in compliance with Minimum Internal Controls and Gaming regulations. Ensures effective game security. Immediately reports all unusual, suspicious or irregular situations, dealer errors, guest complaints/issues, instances of possible theft/cheating by either a guest, dealer, or other Games Team Member to the appropriate person. Oversees daily game protection, floor operational tasks, and employee performance and satisfaction. Oversee daily table games operations, including opening and closing duties, game protection, resolving guest concerns, and adjusting employee table assignments as needed. Other duties as assigned. Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job. Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job. Qualifications Skills and Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to mentally add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly. Must be 21 years of age or older. 5 years previous supervisory/managerial experience required. Must have previous shift manager and assistant shift manager experience Must be able to clearly communicate with guests in conversational English. Required Work Cards: Gaming Registration.
