Bankstown Sports Club are looking for Gaming Attendants to join our growing team!

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide Patrons with exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for members, guests, visitors, and employees in accordance with the Club Policies and Procedures
  • Enforce & implement the Club RSA & RCG policy
  • Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operation
  • Ensure all guest and member complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively ensuring our guest or member satisfied.
  • Cash handling duties when required
  • Take and deliver orders promptly

Assist with club activities and promotions (raffles, bingo, events when required).

  • Knowledge of the club activities, functions, events, and promotions and provide accurate information to all patrons
  • Maintain workplace hygiene, work health and safety, and security procedures
