Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this hands-on role you will be responsible for but, are not limited to:

  • Maintaining the general cleanliness and presentation of all Gaming service areas
  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience to our patrons and guests
  • Assisting patron enquiries and providing accurate information on club activities
  • Processing and delivering orders

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to apply for training in a variety of job roles on the Gaming floor such as back of house bar duties, cashier, engage host and much more.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card (essential)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
  • Be excited at the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional grooming and presentation
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 24 hours, 7-day week roster including, mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
