We are looking for a motivated casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at Highways in Springvale. You’ll be the face of our gaming floor, ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
Highways is located in the hub of suburban south-east Melbourne on the perimeter of Ladbrokes Park (Sandown Racecourse). Featuring a family friendly bistro with a designated kids play area, great service and a relaxed atmosphere making it the perfect dining experiences for all to enjoy. Along with an extensive modern menu with daily specials, Highways caters to both children and adults alike.

• Provide customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
• Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
