ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a customer service superstar to join the gaming team! The job needs someone with a can-do attitude, exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The role requires a reliable person who is available for evenings, night shifts, and weekends.

• General waiting and service duties of food and beverages such as coffee, snacks, and bartending
• Professional service/supply, dispensing/mixing of liquor and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Welcoming and engaging with customers, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
• Assisting with gaming machine operations, answering phones, and checking accommodation guests in and out.
• Providing excellent customer service by attending to customer needs promptly and courteously.
• Monitoring gaming areas to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Assisting with cash handling, machine payouts, and general administration tasks.
• Promoting responsible gambling practices and offering support if required.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the gaming lounge.
• Ensure a good understanding of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue, including being well versed in all menus available, food service systems, and till operations
• Follow Safe Work Procedures at all times as
• Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Any other duties directed by Management
