GAMING ATTENDANT

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Gaming attendant with excellent reception skills, minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. If you are enthusiastic, fun and dedicated to providing excellent customer service with the following attributes then we would like to hear from you.

• Must be competent in all gaming duties, such as clearances, machine faults, payouts
• AML/CTF legislation (highly regarded)
• Current QLD RSA and RSG certificates
• Passion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work unassisted with minimal supervision
• Reception duties must ensure a welcoming and efficient first impression
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and have an ability to solve problems effectively

This is a casual position offering approximately 25-35 hours and would involve working some weekends and nights, licensed to midnight only. No 5am finishes!
