As a Gaming Host, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience – delivering genuine, proactive, and discreet service that leaves a lasting impression. This is more than just a role; it’s about building strong relationships, curating unforgettable moments, and championing responsible gaming, all while ensuring a luxurious and seamless guest experience.What you’ll be doing:

• Creating a warm, tailored, and sophisticated environment for every guest
• Building genuine connections to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits
• Ensuring premium service standards are consistently exceeded
• Managing gaming transactions with accuracy and discretion
• Being an expert in our gaming offerings, loyalty programs, and responsible gaming practices
• Collaborating with the team to innovate and enhance the overall guest experience

What we’re looking for:

• Experience delivering high-end, personalised service (ideally in gaming, hospitality or luxury settings)
• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of gaming operations and regulations
• RSA and Advanced RCG (mandatory)
• Someone who leads with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to our premium brand standards
