Job Details Job Location: Colusa, CA 95932 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $16.69 - $16.69 Hourly Job Category: Gaming Operations POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service on the Casino floor by performing a wide range of duties in both Slot and Bingo operations. These include resolving technical slot issues, selling and verifying bingo products, handling currency accurately, promoting club memberships, ensuring compliance with gaming laws, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and entertaining environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Understands, owns and energizes our Polices and Procedures, core values and Mission Statement. Greet and assist guests promptly and professionally in both Slots and Bingo areas. Respond to slot machine service lights; perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to minimize machine downtime. Monitor and maintain knowledge of machine locations, types, and status to better assist guests and operations. Generate and process hand-paid jackpots, short-pays. Maintain awareness of the entire gaming floor to ensure prompt service and rule enforcement. Sell bingo paper, specials, and pull tabs; explain game rules and answer customer questions. Promote and assist guests with enrollment in the Players Club or promotional programs; explain how to use club cards and their benefits. Verify bingo wins, communicate with callers, and follow appropriate payout procedures. Reconcile shift paperwork including inventory, bingo paper counts, and cash balancing. Monitor and resolve player disputes professionally and escalate to supervisors as needed. Assist new employees with on-the-job training under supervision. Actively observe guest behavior for signs of distress or problem gambling; follow reporting protocols when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work area; sanitize workstations and supplies regularly. Adhere to Title 31 federal currency transaction reporting and anti-money laundering procedures. Safeguard company funds, equipment, and sensitive information at all times. Follow all safety procedures including incident/accident response and proper lifting techniques. Participate in mandatory departmental training, meetings, and guest service initiatives. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. EDUCATION: High School Graduate or GED required. TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE: · No prior experience required for Slot duties. · No prior experience required for Bingo. · Cash handling and sales experience preferred. SKILLS AND ABILIITES: · Strong customer service and communication skills. · Basic math skills; ability to use 10-key calculator. · Ability to read and follow instructions, policy manuals in English. · Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and reach for long periods. · Must be detail-oriented, honest, and dependable. · Bilingual communication skills (preferred, not required). CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: · Must possess or obtain a valid CIGC Key Gaming License. · Must pass background check, drug screening, and training requirements. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS: · Frequent exposure to a loud, smoky casino environment with flashing lights. · Works in a fast-paced, guest-facing role requiring multitasking and quick thinking. · May be exposed to money, dust, ink, and chemicals used in game products. · Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
