Responsibilities
  • Coordinates gaming floor maintenance as well as conducts card, dice and tile reconciliation.
  • Supervises and observes pit activity, providing direction to front line employees as required.
  • Ensures compliance to gaming standards/regulations and policies/procedures.
  • Supervises and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high-performing team.
  • Promotes and models exceptional customer service.
  • Works quickly to resolve customer complaints.
  • Manages layout inventory to ensure adequate gaming resource availability.
  • Monitors game operations to ensure that house rules are followed, and laws and regulations are adhered to.
  • Completes various tasks to ensure effective operations, including planning for adequate employees’ levels and managing payroll.
  • Oversees staff scheduling and management.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources to develop recruitment plans based on labour needs, participates in internal and external job candidate selection, including screening, conducting interviews, testing and related activities.
  • Monitors and analyzes customer satisfaction scores to gain customer insight.
