Description
Responsibilities
Coordinates gaming floor maintenance as well as conducts card, dice and tile reconciliation.
Supervises and observes pit activity, providing direction to front line employees as required.
Ensures compliance to gaming standards/regulations and policies/procedures.
Supervises and manages the performance of individuals through ongoing coaching, feedback and development to motivate, engage and drive a high-performing team.
Promotes and models exceptional customer service.
Works quickly to resolve customer complaints.
Manages layout inventory to ensure adequate gaming resource availability.
Monitors game operations to ensure that house rules are followed, and laws and regulations are adhered to.
Completes various tasks to ensure effective operations, including planning for adequate employees’ levels and managing payroll.
Oversees staff scheduling and management.
Collaborates with Human Resources to develop recruitment plans based on labour needs, participates in internal and external job candidate selection, including screening, conducting interviews, testing and related activities.
Monitors and analyzes customer satisfaction scores to gain customer insight.
