ESSENTIAL SKILLS, PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a gaming management role or a similar leadership position.
  • Strong passion for gaming and a solid understanding of gaming machines and the gaming industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and inspire a team.
  • Professionalism and the ability to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work up to 45 hours a week over a 7-day roster including opens, closes, and weekends is required.
  • Solid knowledge of beverage products and bar presentation
  • Experience scheduling, managing, and training staff
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • RSA and RP Badge (Essential)
  • Basic and Advanced Gaming (Essential)
