Sales Associate Responsibilities – Pro-Play Games As a Sales Associate at Pro-Play Games, you play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. Your primary responsibilities include: Customer Service & Sales * Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all guests. * Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find the right items for their needs. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. * Upsell and promote store products, events, and membership programs. * Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and proactively. Store Operations * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, counters, and play areas. * Restock and organize merchandise as needed, ensuring inventory is properly displayed. * Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash-handling protocols. * Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Event Support * Provide support for in-store events, tournaments, and gaming sessions. * Assist with event setup, check-ins, and general player engagement. Physical Requirements * This role requires standing for the majority of the shift, with occasional bending, lifting, and moving of inventory. * Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs when handling store merchandise. Other Expectations * Arrive on time and ready to work with a positive attitude. * Work collaboratively with teammates to create a fun and inclusive environment. * Be knowledgeable about the latest products, promotions, and store policies. * Additional duties may be assigned as needed. * MUST BE MINIMUM 18 YEARS OLD TO QUALIFY Monday - Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM OR 4 PM - 12 PM
