MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have minimum of 3 years Slots and Tables experience.
  • Must be a highly self-motivated person with excellent communication skills.
  • IR and Human Resources knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Bally system is a requirement.
  • Slots/Tables Financial Knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Analytical knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Shift work is an operational requirement.
  • Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
Responsibilities

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

To manage operational processes, to ensure that direct reports follow appropriate procedures and maintain high standards and to provide excellent customer service through leading by example and motivating staff members.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall supervision of Gaming floor including distribution of staff to the various gaming areas, coordination of Supervisors and the opening and closing of games.
  • Assist Gaming Manager in managing staffing and staffing related issues according to company policies, including industrial relations, leave, training etc.
  • Ensure compliance of the department to Gambling Authority rules and regulations.
  • Assist Gaming Manager in identifying any possible irregularities within Tables and Slots to prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Regular interaction with guest to establish a relationship and ensure any disputes are resolved
