With great gaming comes great responsibility! We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Supervisor to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant: Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RSG compliance Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations Qualifications About you: You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends You will be expected to do overnight shifts as well You hold current industry RSA, RSG qualifications as a minimum You’ll have experience in Gaming Environments, Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Great customer Service, Punctual, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
