We are looking for an experienced Fulltime Gaming Night Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Grand Hotel in Frankston. You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.
The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Featuring a family friendly bistro, great service & a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy.

What will my duties include?

• Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting and ambiance.
• Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality.
• Ensure that all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met.
• Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards.
• Assisting when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room.

The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
