Delaware North Australia is hiring a Gaming Systems and Integrations Support Analyst to join our team, with the flexibility to be based at either our Melbourne Head Office or Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a Gaming Systems and Integrations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical and systems integration support and ensuring seamless integration between gaming systems and enterprise platforms. • Provide technical support and systems integration of IGT Advantage suite and supporting tools (e.g., Patron Management, Promotions, EZ Pay)
• Ensure secure integration of gaming platforms with ERP, POS, hospitality, loyalty, and regulatory systems
• Develop, maintain, and document APIs, interfaces, and batch processes
• Maintain data integrity across platforms (including Keno, AML, financial, and regulatory reporting)
• Assist in managing vendor relationships during integration projects or upgrades
• Create and maintain documentation of system data flows and interface architecture
