• Monitor incoming vehicles at the garage entrance to confirm authorized access
• Visually verify resident decals, access permits, or ID when required
• Politely stop unauthorized or unknown vehicles and redirect them appropriately
• Maintain a visible, professional presence at the access point at all times
• Report any suspicious activity or security concerns to on-site management or security personnel
• Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents while maintaining access protocols
• Document any access violations or incidents as directed by community management
• Assist with light traffic direction during peak entry hours, if needed
