TONBRIDGE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced manager with great leadership skills working in the vehicle aftermarket?
If yes, we would like to talk to you. We are Motest a very successful independent garage group based in the South East with 17 branches, from Wiltshire to Kent.
We are seeking such a manager for Motest Tonbridge, a highly successful & well-established branch on the Deacon Trading Estate, off the busy Morley Road.
The branch sales have grown spectacularly in recent years, and with continuing demand for our MOT/servicing/repair services we need to take the branch to the next level. The branch covers Class 1, 2, 4, 5 & 7 Mots and there are plans for expansion, which this job will be involved with.
For the successful candidates there is a £3000 signing on payment, paid in £1000 instalments over your first 3 months.

Salary expectations:

• Salary: £53k to £60k per year*
• Bonus Scheme: £10k (target) to £19k (target+) per year
• On Target Earnings: £63k to £70k per year
