POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Coordinator will manage the coordination of garage door projects from initial customer contact through completion. This role requires hands-on experience with estimating, scheduling, and project tracking, as well as expertise in configuring and optimizing ServiceTitan to improve workflows and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in the garage door or related trades industry.
  • Proven experience in job estimating and cost analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan setup, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for residential and commercial garage door installations, repairs, and related services.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain ServiceTitan for optimal performance, including price books, workflows, reporting, and integration with other tools.
  • Schedule and coordinate work orders with field technicians, suppliers, and customers.
  • Track project progress, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of projects, estimates, and ServiceTitan configurations.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth job handoffs and workflow efficiency.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
