We are looking for an experienced and proactive Garage Foreman to supervise daily garage operations and manage a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in an automotive garage environment and should be capable of coordinating tasks, ensuring quality control, and using basic computer systems for workflow management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the garage workshop.
• ⁠Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure repair quality, safety standards, and workflow efficiency.
• Liaise with customers and service advisors to understand and resolve vehicle issues.
• Maintain inventory, ensure tools/equipment are in good condition, and manage job cards and reports.
• Train and support team members when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in an auto garage.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to lead a team and manage workshop priorities effectively.
• Basic computer skills for report generation, job card management, and communication.
• Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

  Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
