JOB SUMMARY

Woodbourne Garage is a family run independent garage based in Brighton.
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our close knit team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience preferably within the motor trade. They will also be experienced in office/ administrative roles, possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide a smooth experience for our customers.

Working alongside the office manager and director, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and assisting with enquiries
  • Answering calls and forwarding to the necessary team member where required.
  • Booking in work
  • Ordering parts
  • Finalising Invoices and taking payments

£13-£14 per hour plus performance related monthly bonus.
Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm (1 hour lunch break)
