M3 Van Centre are looking for an experienced Service Assistant to work in our busy Service Department .
Duties include:
Handle telephone calls from customer wishing to book service or repair work
Determine workshop availability using the workshop loading or booking system
Make suitable appointment for customer
Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure that the correct parts are ordered
Accept and verify stock deliveries
Store stock items in the correct location
Provide the correct part for internal and external customers
Order stock from suppliers
Maintain accurate sales and returns documentation
Handle all returns, discounts, cash and credit transactions in accordance with company policy
Maintain update stock listings and parts catalogues
Liaise with Parts Manager regularly on stock movements and sales activity
Make suitable appointment for customer
