JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Garage Technician to oversee daily operations in our car garage specializing in German cars (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, etc.). The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of German vehicles and hands-on experience managing workshops in the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently based in the UAE.
• Minimum 3 years of proven UAE experience in a car garage (German cars only).
• Strong knowledge of German automotive brands and repair techniques.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively.

• Manage day-to-day garage operations.
• Supervise technicians and ensure proper workflow.
• Diagnose and provide solutions for German car issues.
• Handle job allocations, spare parts ordering, and workshop management.
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor quality control and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
