  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering strong sales results.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales operations, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of direct sales professionals across multiple verticals—including residential, B2B, and home builder channels. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for setting a high-performance culture, supporting reps in the field, and driving the execution of sales strategies that accelerate growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales organization, with the opportunity to build something great alongside an industry leader. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team of direct sales consultants across various customer segments and sales programs.
  • Develop and implement territory plans, sales targets, and performance strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Coach and mentor reps through hands-on training, ride-alongs, regular feedback, and performance development.

Monitor team KPIs and pipeline metrics, using data to identify opportunities and course-correct where needed.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to optimize campaigns, product offerings, and go-to-market execution.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent aligned with GardaWorld’s values and standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence across the sales team.
