SCHEDULE & HOURS:

• Part-time, 15–20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling, but some consistency is required
• Work is seasonal, with busier times during planting and harvest

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous gardening, greenhouse, landscaping, or farm experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and complete manual tasks
• Reliable transportation for deliveries

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help care for a large yard and productive garden. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, tending to plants, and helping a garden thrive through all seasons.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Weeding and general upkeep of garden, flower, and herb beds
• Planting, watering, and seasonal cleanup
• Pruning and maintaining plants and trees
• Harvesting produce and herbs
• Storing and preparing harvest for household use or delivery
• Assisting with greenhouse operations
• Delivering produce as needed
