• Experience with community growing, gardening, or horticulture
• Able to run group sessions and support outdoor learning
• Knowledge of seasonal food growing and sustainable practices
• Comfortable working with people with different support needs

ABOUT THE ROLE

Fresh air, fresh food, and fresh hope. As Garden and Sustainability Coordinator, you will lead the creation of a growing space that supports our kitchen, inspires our community, and supports wellbeing through nature.
This is a role for someone who believes that growing food can grow confidence and that even a small patch of land can change lives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and maintain a thriving community garden space
• Work with volunteers to grow produce for use in the community kitchen
• Deliver wellbeing gardening sessions with volunteers and participants
• Support sustainability workshops on composting, growing, and reusing
• Foster inclusive, hands-on learning in the garden
• Maintain equipment, tools, and a tidy working environment
