Our Hillier Garden Centre at Syon Park is a well-established and popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts, and outdoor living products. Our on-site restaurant is a key part of the experience, providing our customers with delicious, freshly prepared meals, cakes, light snacks, and beverages.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our restaurant team and help create memorable experiences for our customers.
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and supervising the restaurant team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of food and beverages and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

To support our busy periods, we are seeking proactive and flexible candidates who are open to taking on additional shifts during peak trading periods.
We’re seeking candidates who can commit to working shifts across both weekdays and weekends. This part-time role is offered on a fixed-term basis until 16 November 2025, with guaranteed hours of 16 per week. Shifts are scheduled on a rota to support operational needs.
